	Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine (see Menu overview).

To change the menu options:

Insert a USB memory device into the USB memory port on your machine, and then press USB.
Press (USB) > select the menu item you want on the touch screen.

Item	Description
USB Print Print From	Select a file to print.
Scan to USB	Scan the document to the USB device.
File Manage	Select a file to delete. You can format the USB device.
Show Space	Shows the remaining space.
