Power and cable connecting problems

Reboot the power. If the problem persists, please call for service.

Suggested solutions

The machine is not receiving power,

or the connection cable between the computer and the machine is not connected properly.

  1. Connect the machine to the electricity supply first. If the machine has a (Power/Wakeup) button on the control, press it.

  2. Check the USB cable or network cable in the machine’s rear.

  3. Disconnect the USB cable or network cable in the machine’s rear and then, reconnect it.
